This month is Stress Awareness Month and I would love to share 5 top tips from our FHT President, Mary Dalgleish: Self-help techniques to boost your health and well-being at home. It is so important now, more than ever, to manage stress and anxiety levels and all of the above will be of benefit. Have you any other tips that you would like to share that really help you relax? On a personal level I am finding regular yoga with Georgie at Bright Blue Yoga really beneficial alongside a regular zoom meditation with Elaine on Friday mornings. These are certainly unprecedented times but we will eventually return to our new normal and get through this together.
