The Carers’ Centre is a local charity supporting people who care for family and friends who need extra support day-to-day. This might be because they are elderly, have a physical disability or illness, a mental health problem or struggles with substance misuse.
If you are a carer, the Carers' Centre is here for you. They can offer expert advice, breaks from caring, emotional support and understanding. Simply contact them via their website or Freephone 0800 0388 885. All their services are free, and they will make sure you get the right help, advice and support to make caring a little easier.

Carers Rate For Reflexology
I am currently offering local Carers a 50% discounted rate for reflexology making it only £20 per session. This is only for carers on a low income or on receipt of benefits that would otherwise not be able to afford a session. This service can only continue if supported by those that can afford to pay the standard rate. Please contact me for a discount code to enter onto the online booking form.
